Children cannot be added to adult dating/courtship flows and do not have public dating profiles.
Managed child profiles are created and controlled by parents/guardians inside authorized family contexts.
Child data should be minimal and used only for family rhythms, encouragement, guardian-managed check-ins, parent-child communication, safety, and support.
Child photos/media should remain private and require additional media-safety review before broader upload features launch.
Grooming, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, inappropriate adult-child contact, secrecy requests, coercion, manipulation, and attempts to isolate a child are prohibited.
Parent-child tools must not be used to pressure children into hiding harm, carrying adult burdens, or excusing abuse.
Joshua is not an independent child chatbot in the MVP. Joshua cannot replace parents/guardians, professionals, pastors, emergency help, or child-safety authorities.
Child-safety concerns should be reported and escalated to trusted adults, qualified professionals, and authorities where appropriate.
Parents/guardians may request child-data review or deletion through http://localhost:3000/data-deletion or abuse@example.com.
COPPA, state privacy laws, international child privacy laws, mandatory reporting obligations, and App Store / Play Store child safety rules require qualified legal review before child-facing expansion.
