Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users should be able to manage or cancel web subscriptions through the billing page when Stripe is configured.

Cancellation does not remove free safety, support, reporting, blocking, pause, hide-profile, or child protection tools.

Refund handling is a business/legal policy that must be finalized before paid production rollout.

Do not promise automatic refunds unless that policy is approved. Users can contact billing support for review.

Mobile in-app purchases are not implemented in Prompt 17. If implemented later, Apple or Google may control billing management and refund pathways for those purchases.

Mobile payment rules must be reviewed before App Store or Play Store submission.
