By using ABBA, you agree to these draft terms, the Privacy Policy, Safety Policy, Community Covenant, User Content Policy, AI/Joshua Disclaimer, and any billing terms that apply to paid memberships.
You must be legally able to use the service. Dating, matching, courtship, and Discernment Room features are for adults only. Managed child profiles are not dating profiles and are not public social profiles.
Production launch requires qualified legal review of eligibility, age, jurisdiction, consumer, privacy, and family/child-safety obligations.
You are responsible for truthful account information, protecting your login, and using ABBA with humility, honesty, and care.
Do not create fake profiles, impersonate another person, misrepresent your faith, conceal material safety concerns, or use ABBA for scams, manipulation, harassment, sexual pressure, or exploitation.
ABBA may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content that violate these terms, the Community Covenant, or safety policies.
User content may include profiles, photos, intro videos, messages, family posts, shared journals, check-ins, Peace Table submissions, resource/course comments if enabled, and other content you submit.
You keep responsibility for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it. Do not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, safety, dignity, or legal rights.
ABBA includes reporting, blocking, safety review, and moderation tools, but cannot guarantee that every harmful statement or behavior will be found immediately.
ABBA is reconciliation-first, but never danger-blind. Safety tools, reporting, blocking, pause matching, hide profile, child protection guidance, and emergency/safety guidance are not paywalled.
If there is abuse, coercion, threats, stalking, sexual pressure, child exploitation, or immediate danger, seek help from trusted people, qualified professionals, church leadership where safe, or local authorities.
ABBA is not an emergency service and does not guarantee safety or response times.
Joshua is an AI guide for reflection, communication, family formation, repentance, repair, and wise discernment. Joshua can be wrong.
Joshua is not God, the Holy Spirit, prophecy, a pastor, therapist, doctor, lawyer, emergency service, or professional counselor.
ABBA does not provide legal, medical, clinical, mental-health, financial, emergency, or professional counseling services.
ABBA may provide profiles, matches, readiness reflections, guided questions, and communication tools. These are suggestions and tools, not guarantees or commands.
ABBA does not guarantee a spouse, compatibility, truthfulness, marriage success, reconciliation, safety, healing, forgiveness, family restoration, or any specific outcome.
Users remain responsible for their own choices, boundaries, in-person safety, counsel, and decisions.
Paid memberships may support deeper Joshua usage, expanded formation tools, family features, courses, workshops, and sustainability.
Safety and essential dignity features remain available without payment. Paid access must never buy power over another person or bypass safety.
Billing, cancellation, refund, and mobile purchase terms are described in the Billing Terms and Refund Policy. Mobile in-app purchases are not implemented unless a later version clearly says they are.
ABBA content, marks, designs, software, and platform materials belong to ABBA or its licensors. User content remains subject to the rights and permissions users provide by submitting it.
Copyright complaints can be submitted through the Copyright Policy page. The DMCA process and counter-notice language require attorney review before launch.
ABBA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for safety, legal, fraud, moderation, payment, or community-covenant reasons.
Limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, warranty disclaimer, and indemnity language require qualified attorney review before production launch.
